Virbox applications can only read one license at one time only.
Case 1: Users own Multiple Cloud License (Separate Email Account) #
For cloud licenses, Virbox will only read the license that is set as default.

To use a different cloud license, select the corresponding email account and click ‘Set As Default’. Virbox will always read the default cloud license, regardless of how many cloud licenses you have logged in.

Case 2: Users own Multiple Softlock License (Separate Email Account) #
For softlock licenses, Virbox will detect the first binded license (Regardless of which email account you ‘Set As Default’)

Therefore, it is recommended for users to only bind one license at one time to avoid confusion in the softlock license detection.
Case 3: Users own Cloud and Softlock License (under Separate Email Account or One Email Account) #
With Internet Connection #
Virbox will read Cloud License that users click ‘Set As Default’ even though the Softlock License has been binded into the PC. Cloud License takes precedence when internet connection is available and the license is marked as default.

Without Internet Connection #
Virbox will read the binded Softlock License, since the Cloud License requires internet access to function.

How to use Softlock License in a WiFi environment. #
Logout the softlock email account after successfully binding the softlock license inside the PC. Now Virbox will read the binded license as shown in image below.
- Select the email under Cloud Account > Click the ‘Logout’ button to remove the account

- Now Virbox will read the binded softlock license under the WiFi environment.

Conclusion #
To avoid confusion especially in the cloud and softlock license detection, it is recommended for users to login and bind only one license that you intend to use in your PC.
