The Google Map is not showing on PondCAD module, MiTS 1-PondCAD, or MiTS 2-Drain/MSMA module, as shown below:
- Do update to the latest version of your MiTS software. You may contact the Technical Team to request for the latest version or you may check the latest update through your software as below;
Launch software > Help Toolbar > click Check Update > Choose the latest version > Click Next to proceed to installation
- Or you can redownload the Google Map Cache which will solve this problem in any of the software versions. In the software, you may go to
Options > Program Settings > Google Map Cache > Click Clear and Redownload > Click OK and Exit the application > Relaunch the application
**Do not that this feature is only available starting from MiTS 220.127.116.11
- Or your Windows or router firewall might be blocking the port that Google Map used, or you have no internet connection at all. You will have to make sure that the “tracert www.google.com” command in CMD is working (i.e. Do not show timeouts). You can either do this by enabling the internet connection, or reconfiguring the firewall properly.
