Exporting MiTS to Various Format

In this article, you may see the export of MiTS files into BIM and EPA family formats, which are IFC files, Civil 3D format files, EPA SWMM format files and EPA Net format files.

EPA Families #

How to export to EPA SWMM #

1. After analyzing and saving the project in the StormWater module, go to the ‘File’ tab

2. Go to ‘Export’ and click ‘EPA SWMM’ in ‘EPA Families’ section

3. In the pop-up window, choose the design ARI to be exported and its storm duration

4. Click the ‘…‘ button at the end of the file path and choose file location to export to

5. Click OK

How to export to EPA Net #

1. After analyzing and saving the project in the Water Reticulation module in MiTS 3, go to the ‘File’ tab

2. Go to ‘Export’ and click ‘EPA Net’ in the ‘EPA Families’ section

3. In the pop-up window, choose the type of flow to be exported and click the ‘…‘ button at the end of the file path to choose the file location. Click ‘Save’ and ‘OK’ to complete the process
