How to identify the stack trace of the crash? Users can use the Loupe app to identify these traces. You can download the Loupe app here.
- Open the Loupe app.
- Click which app and which session the error occurs.
- Double-click or right-click on the session, then click ‘Open Session’. A new window for the session will be opened.
- Click on the error message, then go to the ‘Exceptions’ tab. Hover the cursor at the top right corner of the bow until the ‘Copy All’ and ‘Copy’ buttons appear. Then click ‘Copy All’.
- You can give the copied item to the developer for them to check on the error.
