Sometimes on rare occasions, users might encounter “Your Program crashes” pop up as shown below. But fret not, users only need to send us the diagnostic folder in order for us to fix it.
Users may follow the steps below:

2. Click Save
3. The saved file will be extracted as Zip. file. Users are advised to locate the zip file where it is can be easily obtained (Eg: The zip file shown below is located at Desktop)
4. Next, send us the zip file to support@mes100.com for our further diagnostic.
