While using MiTS 2 or MiTS 1 (MES Modules), users may encounter a problem, and the technical team may request an event viewer or error log for further analysis.

How to read the Event Viewer

1. Go to start button and search for ‘Event Viewer’ and click to open the Event Viewer.
2. Once you have open the Event Viewer, go Windows log >> Application

3. All the events that happened on that day or previous days are log/recorded in the Event Viewer.
4. Users can choose to save selected events only or all of the events recorded.
5. To save selected events, click on the specific events >> Save Selected Events as.. >> Input Name >> Save >> Display information for these languages >> English (United States) >> OK

6. To save all events, click on Save All Events as… >> Input Name >> Save >> Display information for these languages >> English (United States) >> OK

How to read Error Log

**please take note that Error Log is only applicable for MiTS 1 (MES Modules)

1. Go to Start button and type search %appdata%
2. Appdata >> Roaming >> MES Innovation Sdn Bhd
3. For example, if you encounter an error in EW3D, search for ‘EW3D’ folder.
4. Open the folder and look for the ‘error’ file
5. The error file contains all the recorded error encounters with the software.
