Profile View #

The Profile View will be automatically generated for pressure networks (water reticulation) synchronized from MiTS to Civil 3D. The generated diagram should correspond with the Long Sections in MiTS.

Steps: #

1. Each profile view has been set to the dedicated Genabler Stylings. To check or update the stylings, users may navigate to the Profile View Properties.

Select any of the Profile Views for the network > Right-click > Click on Profile View Properties

2. The Profile View is also set to follow the dedicated Genabler Bandsets Selection. To check or update the bandsets selection,

Under the Pressure Networks Automation section, click on the ‘Profile View’ dropdown > Click on ‘Change Profile View Bandsets’

3. To clear the Profile View,

Under the Pressure Networks Automation section, click on the ‘Profile View’ dropdown > Click on the ‘Clear Profile View’ button

Table #

This is a feature that allows users to add a Pressure Pipes and Fittings Table following the dedicated Genabler Styling.

Steps: #

1. Go to the MES Tab. Navigate to the Pressure Networks Automation section on the top ribbon.

2. Click on the dropdown of the ‘Table’ button. Click on ‘Add Table’.

3. The software will launch the Pressure Pipe Table Creation. Set the Table Style (by default, it is set to the dedicated Genabler Styling), Network, and Table Configurations (rows, columns, table behavior, etc.).

4. Click OK. Select the upper left corner to place the table on the drawing. Once the table has been set, the software will open the Fitting Table Creation, which requires users to set the stylings and table behaviors.

5. Click OK to place the Fitting Table. Once the table has been set, the software will open the Appurtenance Table Creation, which requires users to set the stylings and table behaviors. Click OK to place the Appurtenance Table on the drawing.

6. Do note to place the Fitting and Appurtenance Tables at a gap from the Pressure Pipes Table to prevent overlapping between the two tables.

Networks Labeling #

Each of the fittings and pressure pipes is labeled with the properties, following the dedicated Genabler Stylings. To add the label,

Steps: #

1. Go to the MES Tab. Navigate to the Pressure Networks Automation section on the top ribbon.

2. Click on the dropdown of the ‘Label’ button. Click on ‘Add Plan Label’.

3. The network will be updated with labels that display the properties of the fittings and pressure pipes.

4. To clear the Labels,

Under the Pressure Networks Automation section, click on the ‘Label’ dropdown > Click on the ‘Clear Plan Label’ button
