Tabular Node Inflow

< 1 min read

This feature allows users to establish a time-variable inflow for the drain analysis by transforming the Inflow Hydrograph into a simple table that lists Time against Flow values.

This input is suitable for the Drain Analysis Mode, where the software carries out routing for the drainage system. By defining the time-variable inflow, the software is able to produce a corresponding time-variable output, providing a detailed analysis of the flow’s behavior within the network.

Inputting Node Inflow #

Under the Inflow Source section, select “Tabular Flow” and click on “Tabular” to call out the User Defined Hydrograph dialog.

Node & ARI Years #

Select the Node from the drop-down. The list should be based on the Node Marking input.

To select the ARI Yrs, they must be added from the Master List.

Click on “Edit”, followed by clicking on the year from the Available column, and click on the right-arrow to add the year to the Current column.

Click OK to commit the years added.

Input the Time (in minutes) and the Flow (LPS). Press Enter to commit the row and click OK to save the inflow input.
