Installation can’t proceed #
The following error appears;
“Civil 3D XXXX is not installed. Installation can’t proceed.”

Troubleshooting steps: #
- Click OK
- Check the version of Civil 3D installed on your machine by navigating to the top part of the application.

- Ensure the plugin version to be installed matches the version of Civil 3D installed. For example:
MCIntegrator.2026.3.2.29.0 is for Civil 3D 2026
- You may contact the MES Technical Team to request the correct plugin according to your Civil 3D and MiTS version.
Command cannot be activated #
The following error appears;
“Command cannot be activated yet because the C3D/ACAD file is not yet saved, please save it first”

Troubleshooting steps: #
- Click OK
- Save the drawing file, then only use the Load from MiTS command.
Incompatible MCIntegrator versions #
The following error appears when we click on Project, Sync to MiTS, or Load from MiTS;

Troubleshooting steps: #
- Click OK
- Check on the version of MCIntegrator installed by navigating to;
MES Tab > Version

- Ensure that the MCIntegrator version matches the version of MiTS installed. For example:
MCIntegrator.2025.3.2.27.0 should be used with MiTS 3.2.27.0
- If the correct version of MCIntegrator is not installed, please contact MES Technical Team to request the corresponding version.
Installation Corruption #
The following error appears,

Troubleshooting steps: #
- Close the Civil 3D application.
- Reinstall the MCIntegrator plugin by following the steps here. (Step 1 to Step 3)
- User will be prompted to Modify, Repair, or Remove the installation. Click on Repair.

- Once the installation is finished, relaunch Civil 3D and load the plugin once again.
No MES tab shown in Civil 3D #
This error commonly happens when the mcintegrator 20xx.bundle is missing or when the MES.Civil3DIntegrator.UI.dll is blocked in the directory: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins.
In such cases, users may load the MCIntegrator plugin manually in Civil 3D or proceed to install the plugin manually.
