Command Line in MiTS

In MiTS 3, users can use the command line for shortcuts of certain menus.

Where is it located? #

The command line can be found between the spread input and the input screen. Users may type in directly or use the dropdown menu to choose the command line.

What are included? #

  1. Backup → save project file as backup (user will be prompted to save as backup file)
  1. Close → close project file (user will be directed to MiTS user interface)
  1. Export → user will be able to export the input screen
  1. BatchExport → user will be able to select modules to export
  1. MeasureArea → measure area of closed polygon
  1. Measure → measure length of selected distance
  1. New  → create new project file
  1. Open  → open another project file
  1. Ortho → restrict movement to horizontal and vertical (when drawing)
    1. Pan → moving drawing by panning (usually used by clicking scroll button on mouse)
    1. Parameters → directly go to project settings (Options > Project Parameter)
    1. Polar → restrict movement to certain angle (when drawing)
    1. Print → directly print the input screen
    1. Redo → reverse undo action
    1. Save → directly save project file
    1. SaveAs → save as new project file (user will be prompted to input the project name)
    1. Snap → turn on or turn off snap setting (when drawing)
    1. Undo → reverse the action
    1. ZoomEx → zoom extent (show maximum extent of drawing from edges to edges)
    1. ZoomA → zoom all
    1. ZoomW → zoom window
    1. ZoomO → zoom out
    1. ZoomI → zoom in
    1. 3D → automatically go to 3D view
    1. 3DSxS → open 3D view side by side with input screen
