1. Firstly, check whether MES.CGAPI.dll is inside the application folder.
a. If ‘YES’, then check whether the CGAL-vc”xxx”-mt-”yyy”.dll.
i. If “xxx” is 100, then Install VC++ 2010 redistributable from this link:
(http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555)
ii. If “xxx” is 120, then install VC++ 2013 redistributable,
(http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=40784)
*Make sure that you select the correct OS version for this purpose
b. If ‘NO’, please contact MES support for help

2. Make sure that you are on Windows XP SP 3 or above.
