Latest Release MiTS 2.11.37.0

The glitches in the latest Windows update have also affected MiTS users who are trying to install the recent versions (MiTS 2.11.35.0 and below). After further investigation, it was found that the issue was linked to the installation of Sense Lock (Sense Shield) version 2.6 that came with the MiTS 2 package.

To address this, we are excited to introduce our latest release, MiTS 2.11.37.0. This new version features the Sense Lock (Sense Shield) version 2.7, which has been tested and is confirmed to resolve the issue.

If you’ve encountered the Blue Screen error while installing MiTS 2, upgrading to MiTS 2.11.37.0 is your best bet.

However, if you are trying to install the MiTS 2.11.35.0 and below, you may refer to the steps below to troubleshoot and get back on track.

For MiTS 2.11.35.0 and below

Physical Dongle OR MiTS Intranet OR MiTS Network

The Sense Lock is necessary for installing the Virbox User Tool Program, but if you have the license type above, the program is simply not needed.

So, you can just uncheck the Virbox User Tool Installer component as in the image below and proceed with the installation of other components in the package like you normally would.

For Cloud or Soft-lock License

Virbox User Tool program is needed by users with Cloud or Soft-lock license type, in which users will log into their account through the program.

To prevent the Blue Screen error, users may uncheck the Virbox User Tool Installer component as in the image above. Then, you may manually install the latest Sense Lock version 2.7 (Virbox User Tool) from the prerequisites page on our website.
