This is a file system limitation problem. Kindly follow below steps to solve this problem
1. You will need to delete file and folder; error.txt and error folder
2. Search %appdata% >> MES Innovation Sdn Bhd >> LoopWinPlus >> error.txt
3. And %appdata% >> MES Innovation Sdn Bhd >> LoopWinPlus >> error

4. Delete both file and folder
5. Install the latest MiTS Version (MiTS 1.10.12.1) or MES Modules
