Cannot load tracing file/ tracing file not appearing problem

(Small red spot occur, as shown in the screenshot).

Diagnosis 1: You might not have vdraw convertor properly installed

1. Download VDraw Converter 

2. Uninstall old vector draw convertor file (if it exists).

3. Install the latest one.

Diagnosis 2: that particular DWG file is corrupted. Other DWG file no problem.

You may want to save it in DXF or older version of DWG to workaround the problem.

Diagnosis 3: The machine just won’t open any DWG file no matter what

If all else fails, just save it in DXF file and you should be able to open.
